Portrait Rates

Want to get some awesome portraits taken? You’ve come to the right place! These rates are applicable to the following types of photoshoots:

• Senior Pictures
• Headshots
• Couples Shoots
• Maternity Photos
• Boudoir Sessions
• Family Pictures
• Best Friend Photoshoots

All shoots are done at a location of your choice to get a look you love! Don’t live near Portland, Oregon? That’s totally fine – just send an email to katy@katyweaver.com to ask about travel. Also, if one of these packages doesn’t quite fit your needs, feel free to send an email and ask for a specific quote!

All photoshoots are priced in two parts:

1. 1) An upfront session fee: covers the photoshoot and the image retouching.
2. 2) Separate print orders: paid for online once the retouched photos have been posted in a private web gallery. All prints are priced on an a la carte basis. This way you can order as many or as few prints as you want!

Session Fees:

Basic: $285

•      One person
•      1-1.5 hours of shooting time
•      1 location of choice
•      unlimited outfits/props
•      20 edited shots
•      online proofing
•      DVD with final edited images
•      Private online gallery for print ordering

Special: $400

•      One or two people
•      2-2.5 hours of shooting time
•      2 locations of choice
•      unlimited outfits/props
•      35 edited shots
•      online proofing
•     DVD with final edited images
•     Private online gallery for print ordering

Advanced: $540

•      One to five people
•      3+ hours of shooting time
•      3 locations of choice
•      unlimited outfits/props
•      50 edited shots
•      online proofing
•     DVD with final edited images
•     Private online gallery for print ordering

(If you decide that you want more edited photos than your session includes, you can add more for an additional $8 per retouched photo.)

Prints

Prints are available through www.katyweaverprints.com in password protected galleries a few weeks after your shoot. Print orders are a la carte. You can order as many or as few prints as you desire, and can always come back to order more later – the gallery will remain online indefinitely. Prints will be mailed directly to the address you provide when you place your order. All prints are hand-color corrected and have a 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back.

Rates for most popular print sizes are as follows (print rates vary depending on the style of paper you choose.):

•     8 wallets: $14.00 – $15.00
•     4 x 6: $7.00 – $7.50
•     5 x 7: $8.50 – $9.00
•     8 x10: $13.00 – $14.00
•     8 x12: $16.50 – $17.00
•     11 x14: $22.50 -$25.00

*Katy Weaver Photography also offers non-standard sizes, extra large sizes, canvas wraps, Giclee prints, and panoramic prints, as well as merchandise and cards. If you have a question about a print size, feel free to email katy@katyweaver.com to see if it is available.

Extras:

• Professionally styled hair & makeup: $120
• Just hair or just makeup: $75
